FAQ

Precise answers before your decision

Anything not yet locked is stated as unpublished—not converted into a marketing promise.

Who is the program designed for?

Leaders with current or emerging institutional responsibility for AI strategy, transformation, governance, digital, data, technology, risk, innovation or institutional performance. Organizations may also express interest in nominating leaders being prepared for these responsibilities.

Must I already hold a CAIO title?

No. Fit depends on mandate, institutional responsibility and readiness to build a decision system rather than a job title.

What technical background is expected?

The program focuses on executive decisions, leadership and institutional application; it assumes executive technology fluency rather than model development. Entry requirements and any preparatory work will be published before formal applications open.

What are the curriculum domains?

Eight domains: mandate and decision rights; institutional capability and readiness; portfolio, value and AI economics; workforce capability and authorization; systems, tools and agent governance; risk, assurance and evidence; board posture and executive communication; institutional activation and transformation.

Which applied outputs are targeted?

Ten connected outputs, from the CAIO Mandate and Decision Rights Charter through to the Board AI Posture and Transformation Roadmap.

What is the capstone model?

The Zimam Institutional AI Operating Blueprint™ brings the mandate, capability baseline, portfolio, economics, authorization, system and agent governance, evidence and transformation roadmap into one institutional decision package, presented and defended around choices, assumptions and residual risks.

How is performance assessed?

The assessment model is intended to examine executive judgment, the quality and integration of outputs and evidence, and the ability to defend decisions. Detailed criteria, passing requirements and reassessment arrangements will be published once confirmed.

Are working templates published?

No. Only output names, purposes and their relationship to the curriculum are public—no working templates, rubrics or protected examples.

Which delivery configurations exist?

An open executive cohort, a private institutional cohort, or a government and sovereign context—delivered online, at the organization’s site or blended.

Is the program available in Arabic and English?

Yes. Both are first-class program languages. Working language, scheduling and applied-work arrangements are confirmed for each cohort or institutional engagement.

How is institutional information used?

Information-use boundaries are agreed before applied work begins, and no institutional documents or evidence are uploaded through the public site.

Can a private or government discussion be arranged?

Yes, through the organization and government pathways in the interest forms. Government discussions address public mandate, policy, sovereignty and dependencies without implying government endorsement or a particular hosting residency.

What is the difference between expressing interest and applying?

Expressing interest opens a discussion and identifies the appropriate pathway. Formal application requirements will be published before applications open; interest is not admission or a reservation.

Is a credential or accreditation issued?

The program is designed as an executive qualification. Issuer, status, validity, renewal and any external accreditation will not be published before they are confirmed.

What does the program cost?

Fees are not yet published and are shared only once confirmed within a specific cohort or institutional engagement.

Does early interest guarantee a seat?

No. Priority in follow-up does not allocate a seat, date or price.

How are partnership enquiries reviewed?

Discussions begin with contribution, role fit and delivery capability; responsibilities, permissions and the public description are documented before any relationship is announced.

How is interest-form data used?

Data is processed under the approved Interest Data Notice published on this site. Submitting interest does not enrol you in any marketing list—marketing is not offered.
